Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Duffle.ng, operated at duffle.ng. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use Duffle.ng. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Listings, Spaces & commerce

Creators and hosts may publish communities, events, products, services, and related offerings ("Listings"). You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for fulfilling any sales or bookings you accept through the platform.

• Prices, descriptions, and availability must be accurate.
• Digital goods must be delivered as described.
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy and applicable consumer law.

4. Payments & fees

Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g. Paystack, Stripe). Platform fees are disclosed at checkout and in your seller dashboard. Wallet balances and withdrawals are subject to KYC verification and minimum withdrawal thresholds.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Duffle.ng to:

• Sell illegal goods or services, or facilitate fraud or money laundering.
• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against others.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to bypass platform fees or security controls.

6. Intellectual property

Duffle.ng and its branding remain our property. You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a licence to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the service.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duffle.ng is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lagos State, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
